What do these Ingredients do for the human body?

How to take Sxinney n CRave
With a hint of spearmint, Sxinney Water, is a refreshing drink that is meant for you to drink all day long! Use one ounce of SXinney Water (a capful) to 32 oz of water. Remeber, it's best to drink 80 to 100 oz of water a day. Again, Sxinney Water tastes light and refreshing with a fresh hint of mint. CRAve should be taken before and between meals. By the way, CRave has 10 grams of fiber in each little packet. Taking one packets is equivalent to eating two apples! I have hovered (can I use that word to describe being overweight?) between 215-220 pounds for several years. A few months ago, I got serious about getting my weight down. I am not a person who overeats on food. My problem is sweets. Most days I don't eat enough and when I finally do sit down I eat a normal size dinner and head for the ice cream. Last Thursday, on June 5, 2008 I took my measurements and weight. In 4 weeks now, I've lost a total of 25 5/8 inches, and in 6 weeks, 10.5 pounds. Pound wise, I know that probably doesn't sound like a lot. And for some people, it isn't. Normally, whenever I've tried to diet I've usually had to spend at least 4 weeks dieting before my body would begin to let go of some of the excess baggage! So, in all actuality for my body type I'm doing all right. And by that, I also mean that I have several auto-immune diseases that I've been diagnosed with, including hypothyroidism, and some problems with candida overgrowth. I have been taking the SXinney water for about 4 weeks now and would like to say that my high blood sugars have been dropped to the low 100 range, and have pretty much stayed there.
